About our warranty:
warranty does not cover electrical or mechanical damage resulting from misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, damage due to force majeure or natural forces, or inadequate repairs performed by unauthorized service centers.
Batteries and wear of parts due to normal use are not covered by our warranty.

2.original refurbished phone warranty 12 months , consumer does not self open our phone ,self open phone are not covered by our warranty.
3. 12 months Manufacturer’s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
4. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging,if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.
